About Us

Gnas Field is a sports and fitness blog that aims to inspire you to get fit and live your best life. Launched by Dave Murray, Gnas Field gives practical advice on how to stay healthy without the fads. We have no-nonsense reviews of popular workout products, and we offer tips on how to eat right when you’re not at the gym. Whether you are an avid runner or just trying to find some motivation for going for a walk, Gnas Field has something for everyone.

Why Listen to us?

We have a strict editorial process, ensuring all of our articles are well researched and informed. We also have a team of experts who routinely contribute to the site.

We are an independent blog that has no affiliation with any gyms, diet programs or supplements companies. We make money from ads and affiliate links only and never accept any paid placements or promotions – so you can trust what we say is unbiased.

How to begin your fitness journey

If you’re just getting started then take a look at our ‘Beginner’s Guide’ where we cover all the basics. For those looking to get more serious, check out our articles on fitness goals and how to achieve them.

Remember, the journey to fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. Fad diets and extreme workout regimes are not sustainable in the long term, but a balanced approach will give you lasting results.
